RemoCode Technologies LLC is the Merchant of Record for all commercial transactions, credit purchases, and recurring subscriptions across its product lines.

2. Accounts and Subscriptions

When creating an account on any of our platforms, you agree to provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Subscriptions and service credits are non-transferable unless explicitly stated in your commercial agreement.

3. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely through our authorized third-party payment processors. Depending on the product or service purchased, charges on your billing statement may reflect RemoCode Technologies LLC or the specific trade name/brand of the platform (such as RemoCV or Mercatalo). Local taxes, currency conversion rates, or processing fees may apply depending on your region and payment method.

4. Intellectual Property

All software code, brand identities, logos, designs, and content created by RemoCode Technologies LLC remain the sole property of the Company. Unlawful copying or reverse engineering of our platforms is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
